• No one under the age of 21 will be allowed in the casino, restaurants or hotel.
• In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every hour, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.
• The property currently has hand-sanitizing stations for Team Member and Guest use. They are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the resort.

Are any casino games currently unavailable?
All of our thrilling slots and table games are currently available to play. This includes the
world-famous Viejas Bingo & Slot Parlor as well as Off Track Betting.

Are all the restaurants open?
All of our restaurants, lounges, and bars are open. Bartop seating is available. There are no
menu limitations and you will be able to enjoy all of your favorites. Unfortunately, The Buffet will
be closed until further notice. In accordance with current health and safety protocols, food must
be consumed inside the dining venue, and to-go items are not being offered at this time.

Is there entertainment in the Casino, Bars or Restaurants?

What changes have you made to hotel cleaning?

Hotel Front Desk Staff

• Shared tools, like the card swiper component, screen and stylus will be sanitized before, during, and after each transaction exchange with a Guest or fellow Team Member. This includes phones, radios, computers, printers, copiers, key lockboxes, safety deposit boxes, and key cards.
• Items left at the front desk for Guest pickup must be secured in a plastic bag for pick up.

Pool Operations

• The Allure y The Viejas Hotel pool are open(seasonality and/or adverse weather conditions may alter pool availability).
• Hotel hot tubs will remain closed until further notice.

Fitness Centers

• The Fitness Centers are open. All equipment is sanitized by custodial per shift, every shift.

In-Room Dining

• Room service will function during the available times as per food and beverage.

Will Willows Spa be open?

The Willows Spa is completely open and ready to transport you to where serenity and
rejuvenation share the ambiance. This includes our Steam Room, Sauna, and whirlpool bath.
