The VIP Mobility App will be available on the Apple App Store and Google Play May 17, 2021.

To use VIP Mobility your mobile device needs to be connected to the internet.  Inside the casino connect through the free WiFi.

With the VIP Mobility App and enrollment in VIP Preferred, you have access to funds that can be transferred from your bank account, so no credit lines are needed. Enroll in VIP Preferred at the Cage.

Since the entire transaction is handled electronically by your smartphone, you can use VIP Preferred/Global to add funds and  play or cash out your winnings instantly.

VIP Mobility offers casino guests the ability to transfer funds directly from their bank accounts to an enabled slot machine with a smartphone app and a VIP Preferred account.  TITO tickets can also be scanned to add funds to the VIP Preferred account.  Finally, funds from the VIP Preferred account can be cashed out at a VIP Mobility enabled kiosk or at the casino cage.

Try these steps:

  1. Move to an area with more light or use the flash on the phone to better illuminate the TITO ticket.
  2. On your smartphone screen, make sure the TITO ticket is seen clearly, completely and in focus in the VIP Mobility app.
  3. Clean your smartphone camera lens to remove any dirt.
  4. Check to be sure the TITO ticket is “active” and has not previously been scanned.

 If there is still an issue, find a Casino Host to assist you or go to the casino cage.

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure the VIP Tag on your slot is free of debris and in good condition.
  2. Use the flash on your phone to better illuminate the VIP Tag, if necessary.
  3. On your smartphone screen, make sure the VIP Tag is seen clearly, completely and in focus in the VIP Mobility app.
  4. Clean your smartphone camera lens to remove any dirt.  

If none of this works, please visit the cage or staff member on the floor for assistance.

Any slot machine or table game with a VIP QR code is available for use with VIP Mobility.

Click on the history button in the app to see your transaction history. If you do not see the transaction you need, or if the error doesn’t resolve, contact the 24/7/365 Global Payments CAMs support line at 1-800-500-1973.

In order to download an app, you must be logged into your Google or Apple ID account. To sign into your account, follow the ‘forgot password’ prompts on your phone.

  1. Go to your Home screen.
  2. Locate SEARCH on the Home screen.
  3. Type ‘VIP Mobility’ into the search line. The VIP Mobility icon will appear below.

Off the casino floor, your screen will remain blue and you will still be able to scan TITO tickets and move money to or from your bank account.

On the casino floor: Close the VIP Mobility app and re-open it to reset the connection with casino wifi. The app will be red when it is connected and you can click the PLAY button.

If you were part of our VIP Mobility testing group, thank you so much for your invaluable input. Now it’s time to download the official VIP Mobility App and start your cashless gaming experience. We’ll need to install the public version.

Follow these simple steps:

APPLE USERS
  • Open the email/text message you received.
    • The correct email/text will state the need to install the PUBLIC APPLICATION
  • Click on the link provided in the email/text message.
    • This will open a separate website to Global Payments
  • Scroll down and click on the DOWNLOAD ON THE APP STORE icon
    • This will open the VIP Mobility page on the Apple App Store
  • Click on the GET button
  • Confirm the App download by double clicking the side button or using Face ID
  • Click OPEN on the Apple App Store
  • Click GET STARTED on the VIP Mobility App
  • Enter your cell phone number
  • Click on SEND CODE
  • Enter the code received via text message
  • Click on VERIFY CODE
  • Enter your VIP Mobility passcode
  • Allow VIP Mobility to access your device’s location.
  • GO HAVE CASHLESS FUN
ANDROID USERS
  • Open the email/text message you received.
    • The correct email/text will state the need to install the PUBLIC APPLICATION
  • Click on the link provided in the email/text message.
    • This will open a separate website to Global Payments
  • Scroll down and click on the GET IT ON GOOGLE PLAY icon
    • This will open the VIP Mobility page on the Google Play Store
  • Click on UNINSTALL
    • Confirm the UNINSTALL
  • This should uninstall the beta app
  • Click on the INSTALL button
    • This will install the public VIP Mobility App
  • Click OPEN on the Google Play Store
  • Click GET STARTED on the VIP Mobility App
  • Enter your cell phone number
  • Click on SEND CODE
  • Enter the code received via text message
  • Click on VERIFY CODE
  • Enter your VIP Mobility passcode
  • Allow VIP Mobility to access your device’s location.
  • GO HAVE CASHLESS FUN
