will receive an additional $2,000 in tournament chips.
Players who do not advance in Round 1 can Rebuy for $250
on Saturday, April 12 from 12:40pm–Up to 30 minutes after last Flight and Sunday, April 13
from 10:30am–1:45pm to enter Round 2. Any of the 72 players in round 2 with a zero-chip count will also have the opportunity to rebuy.
Players who do not advance to the Semifinal Round may enter a
Wild Card Drawing from 3pm–3:35pm on Sunday, April 13.
Winners of the Wild Card Drawing will win an entry into the
Semifinal Round on Sunday, April 13.
The tournament will be played in rounds with flights, based on the number of registered participants.
Each flight will have a maximum of forty-two (42) players.
Each flight will consist of eighteen (18) hands played.
The dealer will announce “Last Hand” at the start of the eighteenth hand.
Tournament chips will be recorded at the end of each flight and round
to determine advancement.
Minimum bet for each hand is $200 in tournament chips. There is no maximum bet limit.
All players will be allowed 45 seconds between hands to place their bet.
All tournament chips must remain in full sight on the tables for the entire duration
of the tournament.
In the event of a vacant seat, a minimum bet of $200 will be required. The minimum bet will be taken up to the 18th hand. At the 18th hand, the player will surrender his/her right to play and all chips will be taken from the vacant seat.
Players are responsible for verifying their tournament chip count before leaving their seat after each round of play.
In the event of a tie in chip count, a one hand sudden death playoff will occur between the
tied players immediately following the round.
Players in the final round may agree to chop remaining prizes. Each player’s decision to chop must be made prior to commencement of the Final Round. Players cannot change their mind during the Final Round. Management must approve a split prize pool prior to
awarding any prizes.
