What does the VIP Cruise offer include?
Qualifying guests will receive a certificate for a complimentary seven-day Norwegian Cruise Line cruise for themselves and one guest. Available destinations include Alaska, the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera and Europe.
When can I pick up my cruise certificate?
Cruise certificates are available for pickup on Wednesday, October 14 or Thursday, October 15, from 4pm–9pm in the Oak Pre-function area.
What do I need to bring to pick up my cruise certificate?
You must be present and provide a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. You must also be a myViejas member.
Can someone else pick up my cruise certificate for me?
No. The guest named on the offer must be present to receive the certificate. Cruise certificates cannot be sold, assigned or transferred.
When can I book my cruise?
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your cruise certificate for your information to be uploaded to Norwegian Cruise Line before beginning the reservation process.
What destinations can I choose from?
Available voyages feature destinations such as Alaska, the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera and Europe. Voyage availability, destinations and number of nights are predetermined and subject to applicable restrictions.
Are taxes and fees included with my complimentary cruise?
No. The certificate recipient and/or their guest are responsible for applicable government taxes and fees at the time of booking. Additional expenses including port expenses, gratuities and onboard purchases are also the responsibility of the qualifying guest.
Is airfare included?
No. Airfare to and from the port city, transportation to and from the ship, and pre- or post-cruise accommodations are not included.
Can I upgrade my accommodations or bring additional guests?
Yes. Upgrades and additional passengers are based on availability and are at the guest’s expense.
Are there blackout dates or booking restrictions?
Yes. Blackout dates, booking cutoff dates, holiday restrictions and other voyage restrictions may apply. Available sailings are subject to Norwegian Cruise Line’s certificate terms and conditions.

A Norwegian Cruise Line representative will be available during the VIP Cruise event to answer questions about the certificate and reservation process.
