Purchasing a Viejas Gift Card is the perfect way to say congrats, thank you, best wishes or just hello! This program is designed to offer you the ability to purchase a stored value gift card and use it for exhilarating casino gaming, delicious dining, relaxing Spa treatments, or shopping at Viejas and the Viejas Outlet Center.

Gift Card Purchase:

  • Guests can purchase a gift card at the West Cage using cash only
  • Gift Cards will be pre-loaded in denominations of $25, $50, $100, and $500
  • The default PIN to all gift cards is 1234 – Guests are encouraged to change the PIN at a myViejas desk
  • Cards do not expire
  • Guest may check their card balance at the myViejas desk or the Marketing kiosks
  • Guests disputing the balance on their card will be referred to the myViejas desk

Gift Card Redemptions:

  • Cards cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Accepted at the Viejas Retail Store, Viejas Bowl, and Viejas Ice Skating
  • Any Viejas Casino Dining venue
    • Gift Card cannot be used to provide gratuities
  • For Casino Gaming:
    • Bingo Play 
      • Present card to Bingo Associate
    • Slot Play 
      • Insert card into the slot machine card reader and access the balance with PIN. The unused balance will remain on the card
    • Table Games Play 
      • Step 1, visit the myViejas desk to redeem card balance for Non-Negotiable Chips 
      • Step 2, present card to the Casino Cage Cashier and exchange for Non-Negotiable Chips
  • Viejas Outlets.
    • Visit the Shopper Services office at the Viejas Outlet Center and redeem card balance for a Viejas Outlet gift certificate(s) usable at all Viejas Outlet stores.
    • Once exchanged cannot exchange back to a gift card
    • Any balance left after transfer will remain on the gift card
    • Items purchased with a gift card may not be returned for cash
