Unlinke ATM machines, there is no transaction fee to use the VIP Mobility App.

With the VIP Mobility App you have access to all of the funds in your bank account, so no credit lines are needed.

Since the entire transaction is handled electronically by your smartphone, you can add to your play or cash out your winnings instantly.

VIP Mobility offers casino guests the ability to transfer funds directly from their bank accounts to an enabled slot machine with a smartphone app and a VIP Preferred account.  TITO tickets can also be scanned to add funds to the VIP Preferred account.  Finally, funds from the VIP Preferred account can be cashed out at a VIP Mobility enabled kiosk or at the casino cage.

Between Friday, April 16 and Monday, April 19: Go to a VIP Mobility Ambassador station located on the casino floor, and the Ambassador will assist the guest in completing the process.

If after April 19: See a Casino Host to assist you in completing the process.

Currently, VIP Mobility is available to a limited number of patrons. Additional participants may be added at the discretion of casino management. Please see a Casino Host for more information.

For iPhone, Apple iPhone S6 or newer, iOS 13+ is required.  For Android, version 5.0 (Lollipop) API level is required. For iPad OS 14+ is required.

Try these steps:

  1. Move to an area with more light or use the flash on the phone to better illuminate the TITO ticket.
  2. On your smartphone screen, make sure the TITO ticket is seen clearly, completely and in focus in the VIP Mobility app. 
  3. Clean your smartphone camera lens to remove any dirt.
  4. Check to be sure the TITO ticket is “active” and has not previously been scanned.  

If there is still an issue, find a Casino Host to assist you or go to the casino cage.

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure the VIP Tag on your slot is free of debris and in good condition.
  2. Use the flash on your phone to better illuminate the VIP Tag, if necessary.
  3. On your smartphone screen, make sure the VIP Tag is seen clearly, completely and in focus in the VIP Mobility app.
  4. Clean your smartphone camera lens to remove any dirt.

Any slot machine that has a VIP Tag next to the bill validator is available for use with VIP Mobility.
