Is there a hotel room + show package available?

Yes, mention the show when booking your room and the options will be presented.

What time should I arrive for the show?

We suggest arriving 1 hour prior to the show at a minimum.  This will allow you to enter the venue, find your seat and get comfortable without being rushed.

I’m a myViejas VIP, how do I get free tickets

Contact your host or visit the myViejas Club booth to request tickets.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available on ticketmaster.com or Seetickets.us – depending on the event.

Is there a discount on tickets?

On select shows, there may be a code provided as an offer to purchase tickets.

Where is Concerts in the Park located?

The venue is located at Viejas Casino & Resort, in the park, between the Viejas Hotel towers.  It is no longer located at the Viejas Outlets.

Where is the Oak Ballroom located?

The Oak Ballroom is located on the 3rd floor of the eastern side of Viejas Casino & Resort.

What section has the best seats?

They are all good seats.

How much is parking?

There is no charge for valet or self-parking.

Is there an age limit on the shows?

Yes, all shows are 21 and up only.

Can I bring a chair, cooler or a blanket to the show?

No, there are no coolers, blankets, chairs, umbrellas or any large baggage allowed into the venue.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the show?

No, no outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue.

I lost my ticket, what can I do?

You can contact Ticketmaster ( help.ticketmaster.com ) or SeeTickets ( support.seetickets.us ) for assistance.

What if it’s raining?

The show will take place rain or shine.

I know someone from the band, how can I get backstage?

We take security very seriously, Guests must make arrangements through the tour, with the artist or artists management.

If I buy a drink in the casino, can I bring it outside?

Yes, we will change you over to a marvelous plastic cup and you are good to enter.

I left my jacket at a show, how do I go about getting it back?
