These lucky myViejas Members indulged in a four-course meal that included Duck Ballotine, Seared Scallops, Beef Tenderloin with Marrow Butter, and Baked Apple Pastry. All dishes included special whiskeys cooked into the recipe. That’s not all; our Guests also enjoyed live music and a one-on-one Q&A session with a renowned Whiskey Sommelier!
