Infinity, Platinum, Gold and Silver myViejas Memberships are based on Base Points earned for Slots, Table Games, and Bingo play. Any Bonus Points earned or awarded through a promotion do not count towards the determination of myViejas level.
In order to convert points to Cash, there is a minimum 5,000 point redemption requirement. Cash may be redeemed in multiples of fives. Visit a myViejas desk for more details.
1,000 Points = $1 Free Play Cash, Free Play Chip, Bingo-Buy in Cash Back, Food & Beverage, Spa & Salon, Retail, or Hotel stays. Minimum Cash Back is $5. For Gold, Platinum, and Infinity tiers, points may be redeemed up to 6 months from the date earned. Points that are unused after 6 months from the date earned will expire. For Bronze, Heroes and Silver tiers, points may be redeemed up to 60 days from the date earned. Points that are unused after 60 days from the date earned will expire.
Members must be at least 21 years old. Qualification for myViejas levels begins the day you enroll. It is the member’s responsibility to insert the membership card, or present it to a Table Games Manager or Bingo Associate before engaging in play. Eligibility for benefits is based on the member play level. Accounts that are inactive for two years may be closed. Club membership and promotion to the next club level are subject to management review and invitation. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Dining and Beverage discount is valid for a member plus one additional guest. Spa discount is valid for the member only. Member’s use of the myViejas card indicates acceptance of the conditions of myViejas. Enrollment authorizes Viejas to initiate contact with members using information provided. Viejas reserves the right to suspend or revoke club membership at any time and for any reason. Viejas further reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the myViejas program at any time for any reason. Bronze players must earn 200 points each day to use tier discounts.
